Craig Schneider

Owner

Craig graduated from USM in 1994 with a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Psychology. He started investing in real estate in 1998 and he has owned over 100 Units. In the past 5 years Craig has managed, bought and sold investment properties. Craig has set record sales in the market place because his buildings are astoundingly profitable. Craig is known in the rental market for providing high quality properties with profitable rents. Over the past 9 years of owning investment properties he had a property management company assisting him. After working with this company, Craig has developed the skills and qualities required of a property manager. Most importantly, Craig has seen and experienced the property management relationship from the client and and building owner perspective. Craig believes there are 4 components in a good business practice Communication, Expectation, Follow-up and Follow- through. Craig can promise you he will apply these 4 business practices and that he will treat your buildings like they were his own.

Veronica Schneider

Advertising Specialist/Owner

Veronica bought her first investment property when she was 18 years old, while pursuing her degree in business from University of Montreal. Veronica has been a licensed real estate professional since 2004 and she has been the #1 selling agent for multi-units in Cumberland County since 2005. In addition Veronica opened a Real Estate company “Green Tree Realty” in 04/2006. Veronica has extensive knowledge of the rental market and what it takes to rent a property. Her real estate experience is an asset to this company. Veronica makes it a priority to work closely with the property managers to meet the clients expectations.

Barbara L. Howe

Marketing and Leasing Specialist

Barbara joins our team after having over twenty years of combined experience in Property Management / Leasing / Owner / Bookkeeping. Barbara started leasing apartments at the age of 18 for a highly desired apartment complex containing 250 rental units and furnished executive units. Barbara is a licensed real estate professional specializing in Investment/Rental Properties. Her current responsibilities are Marketing and Leasing for available properties and Bookkeeping for Monthly Management Clients.
